At the same time, attention should be paid to the control of leveling, drying, cooling and other processes, otherwise it will adversely affect product quality. In general, the painting process can achieve better appearance quality. The spray paint coating has good gloss, color and weather resistance, and is generally used in occasions with high appearance requirements such as the outer coating of cars and motorcycle fuel tanks.

Aluminum castings generally use powder spraying for occasions with high anti-corrosion requirements, such as motorcycle frames and refrigerators placed in the kitchen. The electrophoresis process is generally used in occasions with relatively high requirements such as salt spray resistance test and impact resistance, and acts as the effect of primer. Of course, like car wipers, door locks, etc., only one electrophoretic paint can meet the requirements. Sometimes all three processes can be applied to a product, which depends on the induction factors of various aspects. What is the process flow of aluminum casting?

1. Material preparation: including material appearance inspection, chemical composition analysis, batching and weighing of various materials according to the calculation results of batching. In addition, it also includes drying and weighing of extractants and transformants.

2. Melting: Add the raw materials into the fuace according to a certain feeding order, and melt them into an alloy with uniform chemical composition. 3. Pre-fuace test: After the alloy is melted uniformly, take a sample for test to check whether various chemical components meet the requirements of technical specifications.

4. Adjusting the composition: After testing, if it is found that one or several chemical compositions in the alloy exceed the rules of the technical specification, adjustments should be made to make the chemical composition reach the technical specification. 5. Essence: After the chemical composition is compounded, the dissolved gas and the trapped solid particles in the alloy should be removed with a scouring agent. 6. Refining and metamorphosis: Add an appropriate amount of refining agent and metamorphic agent to the aluminum alloy liquid to improve the mechanical properties and machining functions of the alloy.
